Applicant agrees that the rental unit will be occupied ONLY by the persons listed above. The Rental Unit Lease Agreement is subject to termination if the proposed leaseholder(s) knowingly or unknowingly permit any other person(s) to reside in the rental unit. This $100 payment, although required of all applicants, is refundable should your resident application be denied for any reason.
Disclosure and Agreements Concerning the Application
The Reybold Group may refuse to approve this application on the basis of previous rental or housing records reflecting lack of concern for the well being of other tenants or the landlord’s property. It may also be rejected if information is received indicating that an applicant is not respectful of property rights or the right of other tenants to peace and quiet. Additionally, The Reybold Group may refuse to approve this application based upon an applicant’s financial history.

The undersigned agrees to pay a non-refundable application fee of $40 per household, due prior to the application being considered by the landlord. In addition, the undersigned agrees to pay a $100.00 advance partial deposit. The advance partial deposit holds a specific home and upon approval, this advance deposit will be applied to your move in monies. If the application is canceled or denied, these funds are mailed back to you in the form of a check within ten (10) business days to the current address on file.

In compliance with Fair Credit Reporting Act you are hereby informed that an investigative consumer report may be made as to your character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living. Additional information will be obtained through employers, landlords, banks, finance companies, tax returns, and credit reporting agencies or similar sources. By signing this application you are authorizing the release of this information to The Reybold Group and its agents.

Management will run a criminal background check as a part of the qualification procedures.

I hereby grant The Reybold Group the right to process this application for the purpose of obtaining a rental agreement. I understand that the landlord relies on statements and information contained in this application and affirm that they are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and information. I understand that this application is made a part of any rental agreement entered into, and if any information contained herein is found to be a misrepresentation, incorrect or untrue that it may form the basis for termination of the rental agreement. I agree to provide all necessary documents needed for my application approval within five (5) business days of submitting this application.

This application is not a lease or rental agreement. No representation is made as to the availability of an apartment or any specific apartment, townhome and single-family home. Any prices listed herein are subject to change without further notice.
